June–August for fjords; September–March for aurora odds

Midnight-sun summers are mild and crowded on iconic routes, book early. September and March shoulder aurora with fewer tourists. Deep winter is cold, dark, and magical if you dress for it. We never guarantee lights, only good positioning and patience.
